The Prize: One prize per winner from participating brands – Primal Wear (offering four (4) Omni Cycling Kits (containing a Jersey, Bibs, Baselayer, and socks) (each valued at $292)), Ortlieb (offering two (2) Atrack Backpacks (each valued at $265)), ABUS (offering one (1) Gamechanger helmet (valued at $250) and one (1) Viantor helmets (valued at $100), and one (1) Limited Edition Movistar Bordo Lite 6055 Mini (valued at $60). Each winner will receive a Limited Edition ABUS/Movistar backpack as well), Floyd’s of Leadville (offering three (3) Prize Packages (each valued at $250)), ROKA Eyewear (offering five (5) custom GP-1x sunglasses (each valued at $235)), and KHS Bicycles (offering one (1) KHS Flite Team bicycle (valued at $4,500)) – at random (“Prize”). No cash or other Prize substitution permitted except at BikeExchange Inc.’s (“Sponsor”) sole and absolute discretion. The Prize is nontransferable. Any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Entries. You may enter the Sweepstakes through the official Sweepstakes entry form found at BikeExchange. Sweepstakes entries are limited to residents from all US states and Territories and are void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Subject to any governmental approval that may be required, Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify Sweepstakes in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Entries will be accepted online starting on or about July 1st, 2019 and ending July 31st, 2019. All online entries must be received by July 31st, 2019 11:59PM PST. The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the site referenced above. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to share all entries for marketing purposes.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States.
Selection of winners. Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held as soon as is commercially reasonable after the end date of the Sweepstakes.
Notification of winners. The sweepstakes winner will be notified by email. An email will be sent to the winner at the address provided in the Sweepstakes entry form within one week after the drawing. All decisions are final and binding. Should the email be returned to the Sponsor as invalid, no other attempts will be made to contact the winner. Winners must contact the Sponsor within five calendar days from the date the notification is sent by Sponsor to claim their prize. Failure to contact Sponsor within that five day period will result in immediate disqualification of the selected entrant and a new winner will be selected. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account provided in the Sweepstakes entry form.
Odds of winning. The odds of winning any drawing will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
Indemnification. By entering into the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) your participation in the sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
Choice of Law; Disputes. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Orange County, California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
