ELIGIBILITY: The Dad’s Day Ford Truck Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins June 5, 2019 at 8:00am ET and ends on June 25, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers of Texas Roadhouse Holdings LLC (“Sponsor”), and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Texas Roadhouse Affiliates”), US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment, or its members, employees and their immediate families (i.e., grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of the United States.

TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: (1) During the Promotion Period text the keyword TRUCK to 68984, using a two-way text-messaging capable device available on all select carriers (a “Device”). You will receive an automated text response from Sponsor that you must respond to, confirming your entry. Message and data rates may apply. If you wish to opt out, text STOP to 68984, or text HELP to 68984 for help. Some mobile providers may block messaging to short codes. Your participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed by visiting http://www.texasroadhouse.com/privacy-policy. (2) During the Promotion Period, if you are unable to participate via text message, you may enter by visiting http://assets.fbmta.com/clt/txrdh/lp/join/2019/6/ford.asp and filling out the online entry form. Your mobile phone number will be used to select a winner only, and Sponsor will never rent or share your information.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY: Entries generated by robots or scripts are considered to be a direct violation of the Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only received and confirmed text entries, and fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account that submitted the entry. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the relevant entity responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The authorized account holder of Device is the natural person in whose name the Device has been issued and the services are billed. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being authorized account holders. PRIZE DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about June 26, 2019. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $34,160.00. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by mail, electronic mail, or phone number, as determined solely by Sponsor. The winner will be issued a 1099 Tax Form for the retail value of the prize. Potential winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively “Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is disqualified or refuses to sign the Prize Claim Documents, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. At Sponsor’s discretion, winners may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. Any remaining unclaimed prize will not be awarded, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If by reason of computer programming, printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes.

NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Sponsor, the Texas Roadhouse Affiliates, and US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes, or Sponsor’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Sponsor, the Texas Roadhouse Affiliates and USSweeps.Com from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may be sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes- related activity; (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Sponsor; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or Sponsor. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
