The Lands’ End GetAway GiveAway Sweeps (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CDST”) on May 21, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on June 20, 2019 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Sweepstakes”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) at least 18 years of age (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and Mississippi 21) at the time of Promotion registration; and Canadian residents (excluding Quebec), that have reached the age of majority in the Province in which they reside by the start of this Promotion. Employees of Lands’ End, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any person domiciled with such employees, are not eligible. By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion Period or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, go to landsend.com/getawaygiveaway (the “Web Site”) during the Promotion Period, if you haven’t done so previously. Enter the Promotion by completely entering with your true and correct information on the registration form (required fields include: Full Name, Zip/Postal Code, Email Address, phone, and if you are a resident of the United States or Canada). Upon registering, you will earn one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per email address, per day (each day during the Promotion Period shall start at 12am Central Time and end at 11:59pm Central Time), throughout the Promotion Period.
SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: There will be One (1) Grand Prize Winner (selected in a random drawing on or about June 24, 2019), and a total of four (4) Weekly Prize Winners (weekly drawing(s) shall occur on the following dates: May 30th, June 6th, June 13th and June 20th (Weekly Prize Drawing)). Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received up to the date of each Weekly Prize Drawing give-away.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will receive prize notification via email on or about June 24, 2019. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner shall be sent, via email, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and an IRS W9 Form. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Sponsor within ten (10) days of date of issuance. Weekly Prize Winner(s) shall be randomly selected each week during the Promotion Period on the following dates: May 30th, June 6st, June 13th, and June 20th, 2019. Each Weekly Prize Winner(s) shall be fulfilled electronically via email. If such Weekly Prize Winner cannot be contacted within three days of original notification, if the winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes (including Grand Prize) or to choose fewer than the specified number of Weekly Prize Winner(s) referenced above, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period as detailed below:

PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) Weekly Prize Winner per person/per household. Weekly Prize Winners are also eligible to receive the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. If it is discovered during prize verification that you have entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit you will be disqualified at the discretion of the administrator, or will be void. Sweepstakes entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Sweepstakes entries made by any means, which subvert the entry process, are void. All Sweepstakes entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photograph and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation in any and all media now known or hereinafter without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law). By entering, you agree that the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors and/or assigns and their advertising and Sweepstakes agencies shall have no liability for, and to release and hold all such parties harmless from, any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees. Sponsor may elect to award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor, should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, and all of his/her entries, who tampers with the entry process. By entering, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and your consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in. RELEASE OF LIABILITY/GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree: (i) to be bound by these official rules and by all applicable laws and all decisions of the judges which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the official rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against Sponsor; and (iv) to release, indemnify, old harmless each of the Sponsor and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) your participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes, (b) typographical errors in the official rules or any Sweepstakes materials, (c) acceptance or possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use an prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change by any company or any other person providing any of the components of a prize due to reasons beyond any of the Sponsor’s control or as otherwise permitted hereunder, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the entry (including, without limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Sweepstakes site or any telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sponsor or by you, (i) interruption or inability to access the sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to your (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes, (k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of the Sponsor or any of its agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor. DISCLAIMERS: By entering, you acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor(s), Lands’ End, Inc. and its respective subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, employees and agents of each of them (collectively, the “Sponsor”) will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from any participant’s acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize(s), travel to or from any prize-related activity, participation in the Promotion, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Promotional Entities will not be responsible or liable for any injury or damage to any participant’s or third person’s computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from the Promotion.
