Sponsor: Westgate Marketing, LLC (“Westgate”) is the sole Sponsor of this Sweepstakes, and has exclusive responsibility for the operation and the terms and conditions governing this Sweepstakes.
Prize: Two (2) winners will be randomly drawn to receive the Grand Prize of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), Three (3) Runner Up winners will be randomly drawn to receive a prize of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) each, Thirty-Five (35) 3rd Place Prize winners will be randomly drawn to receive One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each, One Hundred Twenty (120) 4th Place Prize winners will be randomly drawn to receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500) each.
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes begins May 25, 2021 and ends July 15, 2021 and is open to all Westgate Team Members who have successfully completed a full COVID-19 vaccination regimen and have submitted their official vaccination documentation to TMS by 5:00pm PST on July 15, 2021 (07/15/2021). Team Members who have submitted their documentation will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. Resort General Managers and above, Corporate Directors, Vice Presidents and above, Timeshare Sales Managers and Timeshare Sales Department heads are not eligible to win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The retail value of the prizes are $10,000 for each Grand Prize, $5,000 for each Runner Up Prize, $1,000 for each 3rd Place Prize and $500 for each 4th Place Prize. All entries will be entered into a random prize drawing conducted by a Westgate representative. A drawing will be held on July 31, 2021 (07/31/2021) at the offices of Westgate located at 5601 Windhover Dr, Orlando, FL 32819. Winners will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the drawing. The winner must meet all qualifications listed herein. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If the potential winner does not claim the Prize within 14 days of the drawing or does not comply with these Official Drawing Rules, an alternate winner will be selected.
How to Enter: Submit official COVID-19 Vaccination documentation to TMS by July 15, 2021 (07/15/2021) 5:00pm PST. Team Members that submit their documentation will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
Prize Conditions: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for Westgate to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.
Terms and Conditions: Not valid for Team Members who hold the position of Resort General Managers and above, Corporate Directors, Vice Presidents and above, Timeshare Sales Managers and Timeshare Sales Department heads. Prize is not transferable. All entrants must be currently employed at Westgate at time of drawing to win. Westgate also reserves the right to eliminate all entrants found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Sweepstakes Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Westgate reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Westgate’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Void where prohibited by law or not registered. Westgate shall not be responsible for any lost, garbled, incomplete or corrupted entries, and qualified entries shall be determined solely in the discretion of Westgate.
Release and Limitations of Liability: The winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Westgate, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any claims arising from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant’s entry or participation or use or misuse of prizes. All entrants agree to release and forever hold harmless Westgate, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winners and Westgate in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. The following Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation at the time of entry and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law.
